Refund Policy
If you have a change of mind or would like to exchange your item/s, Muse.Shearwater are more than happy to process a store credit or exchange for you. Please ensure you meet the below criteria to be eligible to make a return.
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds.
RETURNS
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered with swing tags still attached and/or in original packaging, unwashed, no smell of perfume, free of make-up and tan marks. Please take care when trying on any item/s.
No Refund available on Sale Items, Jewellery, Swimwear, Sleepwear, Undergarments and all skin care range due to hygiene reasons.
The customer is liable for all delivery expenses on returned items.
Once we have received the returned item and it has passed inspection a store credit will be issued via email.
Muse Shearwater reserves the right to reject any returned item if it has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, used or marked (make-up, tan) and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please choose items carefully as any items that need to be exchanged for a different size, colour etc will incur shipping fees at buyers expense.
*Please take into consideration that garments may appear slightly lighter or darker on your computer screen monitor as each monitor can vary. However we do make every effort to ensure that the colour of our garments are accurately displayed.

Shipping
Shipping is based on Australia Post shipping rates and will be calculated at check out.
